Directions to running locations

DIRECTIONS TO RUNNING LOCATIONS:
Buder Park
This park is located in the northeast corner of I-44 and 141. Heading West on I-44, just get off going north and take the north outer service road. Drive directly into the park and park in the parking lot straight ahead.

Castlewood State Park Ballwin
From 270, exit at Dougherty Ferry and head west to Big Bend. Make a right on Big Bend and continue past 141/Meramec Station Road and Hanna. At Sulphur Springs, Big Bend turns into Oak. Continue on Big Bend/Oak to Ries. Left on Ries and left on Kiefer Creek into the park. Meet by Park Office on the right when you enter park. From the Ellisville and Ballwin, head south on New Ballwin, make a left on Oak, a right on Ries, and a left on Kiefer Creek into Castlewood.

Carondelet Park - South City
From West County, pick up 55 off 270 - heading North. Stay on 55 until the Loughborough Exit. As you exit, stay straight to the stop light. Go Left. You will stay on Loughborough and pass the park. At the end of the park, you will see Leona - go right. At the first right, you will see Loughborough Street, go right again. Follow this to lake and fountain. Park by the pavillion and fountain.

Des Peres Park Des Peres
Take 270 to Manchester. Head east on Manchester, pass Ballas, and immediately get into left lane. Turn left into park and meet by playground & tennis courts. Des Peres Park is located next to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church on Manchester & Ballas Roads.

Fenton City Park Fenton
Head west on 44 (past 270), exit at Mraz Lane (by the Chrysler plant). Go straight onto the South Highway Drive. Turn right on Larkin-Williams (between NationsBank and Amoco). Head 1.5 miles on Larkin-Williams and the park will be on right. Turn into the Park Entrance. Turn left at first driveway and head toward the parking lot that is next to the Tennis Courts. Head east on 44 (past 270), exit at Soccer Park Road. Go right to Yarnell Road. Go Right again. You will remain on Yarnell until you see the entrance to Fenton Park on your right. Park by the Tennis Courts.

Forest Park Visitor’s Center
Take Highway 40 East to McCausland. Turn left onto McCausland. You will proceed down McCausland which turns into Skinker at Clayton Road. The light after Wydown is Forsyth Blvd. There is a right turn signal. Go right into the park. The road will split twice, stay in left each time. You will see the Tennis Courts on your right. The parking lot for the Field House is just past the Tennis Courts. You will see the Visitor’s Center on your left. Park in front portion of lot.

Francis Park
Take Hwy. 44 to Jamieson exit. Head south on Jamieson, cross over Chippewa (wave Hi to Ted Drewes) and make a left on Eichelberger. Francis Park is located two blocks down Eichelberger on the left. Turn car around and park by the tennis courts.

Gateway Trailnet - Norrenbern Lumber
Take Hwy. 270 to Tesson Ferry. Head east on Tesson Ferry, pass Lindbergh and make a left at the next light (Musick). Make an immediate right on Tesshire. Meet in the former Hill-Behan lumber company parking lot. From the Webster Groves area, take Sappington to Gravois. Make a left on Gravois, a right on Musick and a left on Tesshire.

Gateway Trailnet - Oak Bend Library
Take Highway 44 East - exit at Big Bend, go right onto Big Bend. At first stop light which is Holmes, go left. You will see Library on your right. Meet at end of parking lot.
Take Highway 44 West - exit at Big Bend, go left onto Big Bend. Cross back over 44. At first stop light which is Holmes, go left. You will see the Library on your right. Meet at end of parking lot.

Hartford Coffee Company
Take Kingshighway South off Highway 44. Just past Tower Grove Park, make a left turn onto Arsenal. Go down Arsenal until you see Rogers Place on your right. Make a right turn. Go one block. The coffee shop is located on the corner of Hartford and Rogers Place.

Kaldi’s Coffee House
From Hwy 40 East to McCausland Ave. Go left on to McCausland and cross Clayton Road. At this point, McCausland turns Into Skinker. At Northwoods, go left one block to Demun. Kaldi’s is located at 300 Demun.

Kirkwood Farmer’s Market
Take 40 to Lindbergh (south) and drive through Kirkwood. Make a left on Argonne and look for the Farmer’s Market on the right. OR Take 44 to Lindbergh and head north. Go over the railroad tracks and make a right on Argonne. Meet on the corner of Argonne & Taylor by the Farmer’s Market.

Kirkwood Community Center
111 S. Geyer Road. Please meet on the parking lot below the community center, on the lower level. Doors open at 8:00 AM.

Longview Farm Park
Take Clayton Road heading East off 141. Stay on Clayton Road and you will cross Weidman Road. Proceed on Clayton Road and you will see Longview Farm Park on your left just before Mason Road.

Minnie Ha Ha Park

Queeny Park Manchester
Take Hwy. 40 to Mason (south) or Manchester Road to Mason (north). Meet in the Dog Museum/Edgar Queeny Park parking lot off of Mason Road.

Simpson Park Valley Park
Heading either north or south on 141. You will see Marshall Road. Marshall road dead ends at 141. Turn onto Marshall Road which weaves around past the Post Office. You will go through two stop signs, after your cross under a small bridge, you will see the park on your left.

Sugar Creek Park Des Peres
Take 270 to Dougherty Ferry. Head west on Dougherty Ferry, pass Des Peres Road (1st light) and make right into parking lot. Meet by playground.

Tilles Park Brentwood
Take Highway 40 East - exit at McKnight going right - you will see the park on your right.
Take Highway 40 West - exit at McKnight going left back over highway 40. Stay on McKnight, you will see the park on your right.

Town and Country Park
This is a very new park, actually entitled “Town and Country Restoration Park.” It is located on the North Highway 40 Outer Service Road. It is next to the Church of the Latter Day Saints, between Mason Road and Highway 270.

Webster Community Center Webster Groves
Webster Community Center is located next to Hixson Middle School. Take 44 - exit at Elm street going south. The Community Center is located behind the school.

Willmore Park
Take Hwy. 44 to Jamieson exit. Head south on Jamieson, cross over Chippewa (wave Hi to Ted Drewes) and stay on Jamieson for another three to four blocks. As you pass Willmore Street, you will see the park on your right.  Continue on Jamieson to the main Park Entrance.  Turn right.
